As an individual developer based in Pakistan, my mission is to spread education and make language learning tools easily accessible. Through my Android apps, such as Urdu Lughat, English Dictionary, and Arabic Thesaurus. I strive to provide high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly solutions for students, teachers, and knowledge seekers.

Urdu Lughat App Content


1. App Development and Technology

Urdu Lughat is developed by an individual under Pak Online Services using official tools provided by Google:

  • Developed using Android Studio (Google's official IDE)

  • Uses only official Google SDKs

  • No third-party SDKs or unofficial APIs are integrated into the app

2. Dictionary Content

The word database used in Urdu Lughat is manually converted from handwritten and printed Urdu dictionaries into a digital format to help users search and learn faster.

No external servers or APIs are used to fetch dictionary data. All content is built-in or managed locally within the app.

3. Advertisements

Urdu Lughat contains minimal advertisements to support the future development and maintenance of the app.

  • Ads are served using Google AdMob, a trusted ad network by Google.

  • The app uses Google’s Ad ID to display relevant ads.

  • No personal user data is collected or stored by us for ad purposes.

4. Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or share any personal or sensitive user information.
The app does not require login or account creation. Your activity within the app remains on your device.

5. Permissions

Urdu Lughat may request basic permissions necessary for functionality (such as internet access for ads), but no unnecessary or intrusive permissions are required.

  1. External Storage: We will save the Urdu Dictionary (اردو لغت) words database record in Urdu Dictionary  (اردو لغت) app private directory, and didn't ask for Storage permission from users
  2. Internet: We need internet permission to provide services in app from globe, which services are not available offline.
